Welcome to the bright side of Lebanon! If you are looking for an optimism boost, please keep reading. Lately, we have had enough of bad news; wherever we go, we hear people discussing health issues, economic hardships, or serious security problems. And I believe it is time to turn this black page and start seeing the full half of the glass. In the midst of this unexpected storm that is hitting Lebanon from every side, many Lebanese talents are still moving forward; not only they are working hard to build their future, but they are also helping others to build theirs as well. How? Easy, providing remote job opportunities to local Lebanese talents to boost their careers. These opportunities would help fresh young graduates and skilled talents to look into the future in a positive light and not lose hope in the face of the numerous crises that their country is facing. Therefore, in an attempt to overcome this difficult unprecedented situation in Lebanon, a well-educated group of Lebanese have launched this amazing initiative that I like to call Premium Recruiting.

Premium Recruiting: A
light at the end of a dark
tunnel

Premium Recruiting is an NGO which aims to match the best Lebanese talents with the best opportunities worldwide. Being a free job posting platform, it is open to people with different expertise, and it promotes the recruitment of the most skilled talents. So, if you are a fresh graduate, with great skills and a solid base, what are you waiting for? Browse through the website, where you will definitely find an opening that suits you.

How does the recruitment process happen? Basically, in order to select the best of the best, the candidate has to follow a serious process. The Premium Recruiting team came up with a seven-step assessment form, that evaluates the applicant for his interpersonal skills, cognitive skills, and technical skills.

It starts with a basic assessment, leading up to a 15-minute Cognitive Aptitude Test, which evaluates basic skills and knowledge. After passing this test, the candidate has to send an audio file in which they present themselves and answer some questions based on their position. The next step would be a 1-hour Skills Assessment, followed by the final step before the interview, which is the Real Work Assessment.

The last step is extremely important and would give the recruiter the clearest idea about the candidate’s competencies. It is pretty clear how serious the team is in employing the “elite” of Lebanese talents. Giving these great opportunities to those people would give them hope, which will encourage them to fight for their country and have faith in a better tomorrow.

Lebanese Talents and
International
Companies: The Sky is
the Limit!

As previously mentioned, Premium Recruiting aims to take you beyond national borders. It provides Lebanese with a selection of job opportunities with companies from all over the world such as the US, Canada, and GCC countries.

Now, you may be wondering: why would an international company hire a Lebanese talent? Let us break it down and see how Lebanese can benefit world-wide businesses.

First, there is no doubt that Lebanese are the leads in all fields. In almost every successful international company in the world, a Lebanese talent stands out. For decades, talented Lebanese individuals with expertise in many fields have demonstrated their abilities within local and multinational organizations on a national scale. This is due to Lebanese talent's high-value skill sets in the artistic and digital sectors, as well as their high levels of education. Lebanese universities are famous for being the pioneers in worldwide education, which is why many fresh graduates are taken in by international companies.

Second, hiring a Lebanese living in their country, without having to pay for beneficial services such as medical insurance, housing bills, transportation fees and many more, would be a win-win situation for international companies. They would only need to transfer a monthly salary to the talent that they have employed with no additional expenses.

Third, the economic situation in the country, although very bad generally, is currently considered as an opportunity for Lebanese talents seeking to work in international companies.

It has made Lebanese costs significantly lower than before. Talents now aim to work in jobs that can provide them with any foreign currency income. So basically, it would cost international companies a lot less to remotely employ Lebanese talents. For example, a translation job in the United States would cost the company almost $50 per page as an average rate depending on the topic, while a Lebanese translator would charge $15 for the same job. This amount of money would be enough for someone residing in Lebanon and exchanging their dollars for LBP, to provide themselves with decent living conditions.

So, as you can see, it is extremely essential for recruiting companies to provide Lebanese talents with opportunities from all over the globe.

They can invest their unique skills in literally any field, and excel in it and reach higher levels.

Only the Lebanese will
Lift the Economy

After having mentioned the great work of recruiting NGOs in Lebanon and how beneficial it is for international companies to invest in young Lebanese talents, let us try to go a little bit further. Can this be a solution to save the Lebanese economy from drowning? The answer is YES. Basically, when a world-wide company decides to invest in a Lebanese talent, it is as if it is investing in the country itself. And it is a known fact that investing in Lebanon would be a key solution to the economic problem. If a Lebanese is working with an American company, for example, they would be earning a fresh salary paid in USD.

Therefore, through this job, the Lebanese citizen would be flowing foreign currency onto the Lebanese market, which is a step closer to partially fixing the economic issue. Not to mention that the encouragement of international companies to remotely employ Lebanese talents would also limit the immigration wave that is significantly increasing in the past few years. Providing a well-paid job to a remarkable talent, while sitting at home in their country, managing their schedule and delivering their great quality work on time would be simply ideal.

Lebanese people have been living on shimmers of hope for as long as they can remember. How can we define “hope”? We define it by a strong feeling of desire to achieve something.

This strong desire is driving all Lebanese to keep pushing forward for their country, especially young talents. They always feel the need to give, and seek to make their home a better place. Many Lebanese talents have been blue lately; they are lost and misguided because of the unstable conditions in the country. This is why recruiting companies, such as Premium Recruiting, are being made.

We are here to spread a contagious positive energy, and we are here to try to give Lebanese talents all the resources to hold on to their homeland and stay put. We do not accept to see the dark side of Lebanon; we do not want the Lebanon that those politicians

portray, nor the Lebanon that is full of crises and ongoing issues. We want to give the best image of our country, an image of hope and a bright future for every young Lebanese talent.
So, will you embark on this journey with us?
