Premium Recruiting is a Lebanese NGO which aims to find remote working opportunities for local Lebanese talents. Our only goal is to match the best talents and the best opportunities, worldwide.
Our group aims to give back to the Lebanese community. After the August 4 blasts in Beirut, we took matter into our hands and did our best to provide relief to those who were impacted, through Premium Recruiting we sustain our devotion to give back again to our community.
This newsletter was written in times of great uncertainty for professionals and businesses alike. Lebanon is currently facing its worst economic crisis in years. Talents are struggling to find work, and businesses have to adapt to a hyperdynamic environment. This is why our services are totally free. We are only here to promote our local top talents.
With COVID-19, remote working is the new norm. At Premium Recruiting, we see this new shift as an opportunity that can be beneficial for everyone. We are ready to offer our services to businesses who are looking to adapt to the new challenges of the labor market, completely free of charge.
Premium Recruiting recently recruited four bright new talents. They both had to go through a very thorough recruitment process. Our group prides itself in its’ selectivity. Our thorough recruiting process is designed to attract the best in the field. We test our candidates based on their cognitive capabilities, their technical and interpersonal skills.
Premium Recruiting applicant data (2 weeks, December 2020)
After posting our Executive Assistant position, we received more than 405 applicants within 2 weeks. Only 5% of these applicants successfully passed the Premium Recruiting online assessments, and 6 candidates were interviewed. After doing exceptionally well, Sara Lee Habchi was an outstanding candidates who was offered a position at our sister company Hayek Group.
